This is BodyFlying explained:
Our engine turns a propeller with 5 blades at a rate of 1000 rpm. This produces a vertical airstream that enables people to fly. The wind’s maximum speed reaches approx. 200 km/h.
No experience needed. Our instructors prepare you efficiently for your first flight. The basic instruction contains a short movie that shows you, how to hold a stable body position. Furthermoore you’ ll get to know about entering and leaving the windtunnel and we teach you the procedure and technique.
By the end of this instruction all customers will be kitted up in flying equipement; such as helmet, suit, goggles and gloves. Your instructor will be in control, he assists you during the whole flight. Enjoy the feeling and focus on the experience.
